2 gun event
This event will be 2 gun match
Please Note: You need to have Target Shooting for category A & B as a genuine reason to be eligible to compete with a longarm and Category H to do the pistol component.
This match is shot from a number of stages utilising a variety of barricades and shooting positions on steel targets.
Each stage will be timed.
Shooters are required to be at the range by 8:00am.
There will be a mandatory shooters briefing for all competitors at 8:30am.
There will be provision at the completion of the event for shooters to use the range for general shooting activities including sighting in of centerfire rifles and probationary pistol shooting.
Anyone unlicenced wishing to try shooting is welcome to do this on a P650 after the event finishes.
Please note firearms and ammunition are not to be removed from your vehicle until after the mandatory shooters briefing.
Dress code and PPE requirements:
- No camouflage clothing
- Covered footwear
- Hearing protection if required
- Eye protection if required
