Membership Benefits
Newcastle District Hunting Club is an approved hunting club recognised by the NSW Firearms Registry.
Club membership can be used as a genuine reason for Recreational Hunting and Vermin Control, Sports Shooting (target) and Pistol Shooting categories on your shooters licence.
The club is also an approved hunting organisation (AHO) and LEAP provider with the Department of Primary Industries.
Club membership allows members to hold a NSW Restricted Game Licence.
The club has approved DPI and Registry trainers for the facilitation of training and testing for the DPI NSW Restricted Game Licence and NSW category's A & B shooters licence, along with club authorised handgun trainers.
